That could mean the secondary structures are not allowed to be re-built or that any re-build must be on identical foundation (or footprint) in exact same location on the parcel.

They are split face block building so anything short of foundation issues won't be a problem structurally.

If a person doesn't go to college it's not a deal breaker but education is a solid foundation.

We have two girls ages 1 and 3, and we are interested in investing young to build a financial foundation for our retirement and for our family.
