Boeing, Damlier/Chrysler, Volvo all have built manufacturing plants here and following on their heels we have Costco building a second store, Lowes and HD both building more stores, Lowes Foods and Aldi's entering the market even as Harris Teeter and Publix continue to expand, Whole Foods/Amazon, etc, etc...
