The windows need to be customized and for replacing and making it more energy efficient impact doors are the best option.

But you could make that an argument for any major city that has not so great conditions.

The costs associated with the homes don't get put in here because you are going to hopefully sell them to customers.* Therefore, your insurance number is high.
