That's my question but in that case, if you're backing out because of that (it's not likely in the contract of a reason you'd get your EM returned) but if you had hung in there usually agents can find a legit way to get you out and get your EM back.

The first thing I do when I come to BP is to review my alerts.Not related to the app, but I hate that I don't have the ability to give a thumbs up when opening the web browser of BP on any browsers on my ipad.

Always do it after your under contract before your due diligence deadline so you can back out and get EM back if there are bigger problem.

My wife just walks in and says LOOK what I just bought.. and by the way I need an EM check for 10k and we are closing in 30 days Call Dan at the bank and get our loan set up  LOL.. that's who we roll.but then again I come home and say Honey I just found a great market now its ony a 6 hour flight away in Charleston SC but we are going to build spec homes there...
