Smaller Pockets App!

hey guys. how do people feel about the bigger pockets app? I feel like there is room for value add here. like what if they added simple mortgage or interest rate or amortization calcs like Zillow does. or little retirement or financial freedom calcs but what I'd like to see most would be for pro membership to be able to use the brrr, flippng, and renting calcs with all of our saved or recent calculations. somebody please make this happen! what else would be sweet to have on the app?
