Custodian for RE Notes

How and where do you store your notes?  Do you put it in a fire-proof safe or use a document custodian?

I've talked to one company but they charge $70/mo which seems on the high side.

Who do you recommend?

I do not like the custodians that I have encountered. They nickel and dime you to death and don't accomplish much.

Fireking fireproof filing cabinets. Mine is a 2 drawer and holds about 50 notes. Just about ready for a 2nd one. You can get a 3 or a 4 drawer cabinet. Check the weight. Mine weighs 300 pounds. I don't know if I could have put the 3 drawer in my basement.
