Making money is always the plan.I'm not splitting hairs here because I'm surprised to see such extensive instructions for bringing legal action published by any branch of the government, but the publication appears to be put out by Judicial Branch and not the Clerk's Office, but again, I'm surprised to see it.

we are not seeing that right now in lumber coming down  I am paying 65k for a lumber pack still that was 30k or less prior to this supply chain mess.. and there is no supply problem with lumber on the WEst coast we have plenty of logs and capacity..

The way I’m interpreting how this work, and please correct me if I’m mistaken, is that at the top of the pyramid is the DST, with branches coming down connecting it to each LLC that is controlled by the DST.

The above worked for me on my first rehab and that was a 580 sq ft home where the tenant chain smoked rollies to the point of the walls dripping with yellow/ brown scum when I hit them with the TSP.

Have them run a title search to confirm that the chain of title ended with that cousin.A PI could help, but since they can't legally do a title search, it's not worth it to use on imo.
