I got excited about real real estate at age 20, just having served three years in the Army, stationed in Germany.I couldn't get enough of it, I thought it was the most exciting thing I ever encountered .........the idea of creating income, a cash flow from the smallest particle in the universe ......... a THOUGHT.Taking that thought, that desire, and converting them to cash was absolutely amazing to me.The very idea that it was possible to make money without a job thrilled me.Real estate today, now in my 70's, is still exciting and rewarding.Hang in there and your youthful desires, energy and your thoughts will materialize  and reward you beyond your greatest expectations.

The rental market there seems fairly strong and the university very strong and growing, and we're comfortable with the long term investment potential of this house, even though appreciation isn't critical to this being a good financial move for us.
