There is nothing in a license or lack of a license that makes a dirty, falling down house go via wholesaler marketing a contract sell faster than someone marketing the property itself out in the open. 

We were just attempting to cash-out refi it at $120k loan value and the appraisal came in at $95k, making it useless to cash-out refi via this method.

I do understand some of the animosity @Ken Latchers has towards the "get rich via online course" industry, but since we're all on BP why would we ever pay for that nonsense?
