Short term rentals in Vermont
Anyone having a short term rental in Vermont? Killington, Burlington, ludlow, Stowe etc? It seems one of those markets which is still not saturated and has solid potential with under 200k properties. Havent read much about strict regulations either. Clearly its not a year around market, but even with 6-8 month occupancy numbers should be decent.

Reviving this old thread.
My wife and I live in Brooklyn, NY and are buy-and-hold BRRRR investors in Detroit, MI. She's been skiing Bromley (Peru, VT) since the 90s and we still come up here every winter. After years of renting, we're looking to buy a place with 1 or more ADUs to rent out on AirBNB to help pay for the mortgage (looking at Weston, Manchester, Peru, Londonderry).
Can anyone recommend a good buyer's agent?
