Where to get wholesale contracts?

I am starting out as a full time wholesaler in the Dallas/Ft.

We are relying on wholesalers which is fine, but we want to get some direct purchases.- And if you would do anything differently if you were to start all over: we did our first flip in 2005 and had a rental house as well.  

So you have a Realtor who is willing to help you wholesale an unlisted short sale?

Problem is given current condition, no room to wholesale or even buy myself and have any equity. 

I want to do business about the Rehab simultaneously with wholesale...Can anyone help me please?

Many years ago I worked for a wholesaler and recently took a job as a property and acquisition manager for a residential investing company.

I was recently told that you can wholesale (double close) off the MLS since the seller is paying the initial realtor fees.  

In the last 10 years they have done right at 1091 wholesale deals.
