Hello BP community,

I am just starting my transition into real estate investing. I am starting out as a full time wholesaler in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I just finished reading "Real Estate Profits on Steroids" by Jackie Lange and was introduced to this site. I am hoping to meet many new people as well as learn a lot from the community. I am beyond excited to begin as a wholesaler and am looking forward to any advice or suggestions anyone may have to offer.
