I'd have to cut back on my travel budget for the month, pay off the car I bought my parents (50k loan in Sep 2022, 28k left to go, my dad and I pay it together), and ensure that lifestyle doesn't change as rapidly.

This is usually related to the lower quality and lighter weight materials which are chosen when the homes are built.  

When the time comes you'd have to weight the options of is the increased cashflow worth the struggle to find a lender and pay closing costs. 

For example Cash flow, Buy and Hold - or Rapid value add +/- flip.

These are very light weight, pack easy and have awesome caloric quantity vs. their volume they take up.

Anytime something goes wrong you dissect it to see the problems and how next time they can be avoided.There is no magic company to use to rapidly speed up the judgment collection process.

If you go to the dog park and are shredded by the first pitbull that comes along then your "experiences" will hold a little more weight.

I think that time is rapidly passing that it can be done.  

Certainly in Calgary the first signs are being seen, with slightly lower home prices and much lower volume of home sales recently- http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/calgary-hous...A single month's data is not nearly enough to draw any conclusions but I am very interested to see what the next 12 or 18 months bring with continued low oil prices, new governments at both the Federal and Provincial level and a rapidly changing city.

The warehouse market has even less supply (Portland has a small fraction of the warehouse space of Seattle, especially industrial space) so the rapid increase in demand has affected that market even more.
