There is a SFH I purchased in 2008, and would like to off-load it, and purchase in a better area.

I have to admit that seeing Florida's steep real estate pricing, I do wonder if this is like loading up on RE in 2007? 

So throwing a house on a credit card can and does change your life for the better but it's just like one of those weight loss products, results not typical lol.  

Your 15 years of investing in real estate holds more weight to me than a lot of people on here that have been doing this for only 5-10 years when everybody looks like a genius with their strategies. 

If you don’t mind asking the question if they know anyone who has a rental property they want to off-load or a property they don’t live in to sell, you may find some good leads.

Sellers usually give less weight to problems and a minor discount.

@Amanda SokolHuh, ok....me thinks he's not as handy as he advertised, none of the RTA cabinets I have ever bought came with instructions at all, except IKEA, and I never use them anymore because they are overpriced for what you get.Usually the RTA cabinets are sold to contractors or are installed by the company selling them, so, they have guys that know what to do...I have installed half a dozen kitchens of the RTA type and recently decided to have the supplier I use send their guys to do it, what would take me two days including granite counter with sink cut out, took them just under 4 hours, including loading tools and basic clean up.

Our landlord basically allowed anything and it turned into a crap load of chickens, 10 ducks, 4 dogs, and several cats.
