I don’t see it in Nevada (probably because fo the tile roofs), but properties listed in MN say roof is more/less than 8 years old, check a box.

Basically, something like a 2x4 or 2x6, between each pair of studs, with the broad side towards where the cement board/tile will go. 

Such as putting a new tub in, instead of using plastic for surround put in tile.

Recover with tile.

This will be done by:- Removing the original carpet flooring, and replacing it with faux porcelain tile- Updating counter tops and adding a tile backsplash- Updating lighting and lighting fixtures- Adding sq footage by moving the entry way What was the outcome?

I'm seeing this pattern of her being charming when she wants something, a (Beep) when she doesn't like something, and she's kept her head down for 5 years and has only had 2 small rent increases and has a deal.
