Anybody have experience with homes built in the 60s?
Looking at a home built in mid-1960s (50+ yrs old) here in NC. Anybody have any bad & the uglies they've dealt with such an old home? I'm thinking electrical codes are most likely outdated, along with pipe issues, lead paint, asbestos and other sorts.
Would like to weigh out the pros & cons.
