Hello everyone,Bigger Pockets provided a lease agreement for AZ which has an option for the Tenant to include liability insurance in their renter's insurance.I'd like some advice to help me understand if I need to include a liability insurance amount and how to assess that amount for different properties.Thank you in advance!

BUYOUT CLAUSE:2.1 Term:This partnership shall have a duration of 10 years, commencing on the effective date of this Agreement.2.2 End of Term Meeting:At the end of the 10-year term, a meeting will be held where both parties shall vote on options, including a buyout, selling the properties, or continuing the partnership.3.

They have a nice package of loan options, but I'm always cautious when working with someone new.

If that isn’t an option I would reach out to the regional manager or someone higher up (you can look at the property management company employees on linked in to find out who is in upper management) and give them the option to make things right with you, or inform them that you’ll be taking civil action.
