Renter's Liability Insurance

Hello everyone,

Bigger Pockets provided a lease agreement for AZ which has an option for the Tenant to include liability insurance in their renter's insurance.

I'd like some advice to help me understand if I need to include a liability insurance amount and how to assess that amount for different properties.

Thank you in advance!
