On the other hand the properties that I worked for had amenities I couldn't offer like pools, workout rooms, and for those that like the long hallways, more congestion, bigger parking lots, It works, It interesting though they think they are going to use the pool, workout rooms.

IMO, ALWAYS use a Title Company - - it's not about getting the lowest closing costs, it's getting it Right on the first pass AND at least getting a preliminary title report to stay out of the deep end of the pool.
