Am planning to use Zelle or Venmo rather than PayPal, given PayPal charges a substantial fee if the tenant uses the “goods/services” option to send the rent payment.

I have a total of 6 rental units.  5 of them are great for a S8 tenant.  1 of them is not because the market rent is substantially higher than what S8 will approve.For the rental ads on the other 5 units, I will include somewhere toward the end "Section 8 Accepted".
