I saw a 6 unit with a store front in a prime area.

Using polyiso is an option as well but really found at a big box store.

@Jessica Zolotorofe Again, I haven't done all my homework just yet, but according to the tax records it is zoned as B-B in Clifton, which is Stores & Shops, Neighborhood shopping center, and Offices. 

Larger companies will have a facility to store and hold auctions off-site so you don't have any fear of running into issues with the HOA.

I was actually talking about the Pro Perks in the BP Store though.
