I continued my investing and rehabbing and have done single family, multi-family and partnered on small garden apartments and office buildings - we held a few , flipped a few.After I moved out of NY, I wanted to get more involved into the "paper" of Real Estate I already had solid background on the valuation side having already become a certified real estate appraiser for residential & commercial properties as well as other certifications.

:)Just purchased a nice little rental in West Palm Beach, Fl. that will bring in $1000-$1400 a month income.The entire bottom floor is covered in Mexican tile.It would be too costly to rip up the floors and put in wood or tile.Is there anyway to treat, clean, etc. to make this stuff look great?

Don't put things in that you would be dissapointed to have destroyed because it will be.I like fake wood floors and tile.

We try'd to just air it out, but that was not going to be possible...We now have to remove all of the wood subfloor, and about 6-8 inches of sheetrock..
