I am just now entering the real estate investing industry not have a lot of creative ideas using creative financing. I came across one of Jason retherfords posts on craigslist, and after talking I came to find he was a broker that started his own company. We got to talking and he seems like a swell guy. I was just wondering if anybody had worked with him?
