The most stressful part of it all was wondering if the judge would side with us and wondering how long it would take to get her out after the judgement - I don't remember anymore, but I think after we saw the judge  it was about 3 weeks before we got her to go.

Hey Fay, it's a bit murky, but according to an article by the American Society of Civil Engineers, "The ordinance applies to all soft-first-story wooden buildings—exclusive of those built for solely residential purposes and containing three or fewer units—and all wooden buildings built to building code standards that were enacted before 1978."

The military is pretty much the lifeblood of this town, even though it only accounts for about 10% of the population, which causes me great stress about the sustainability of the future here.Back on topic, I think Dawn is right, this legislature will be overturned and I don't believe it will take long.

Your tenants will be a headache, most often you'll be chasing them up for rent, evicting them.You buy cheap you pay for it in stress, lack of rent coming in, maybe high insurance costs.
