Anyone have pretty good success with a Skip Trace service?

I use a skip tracing service that helps locate hard to find people.

She took a look for me but suggested I skip it, because it looked like a slum, with section 8 tenants, drug dealers etc.And then the PM company have procedures for moving in new tenants and owners etc.

If I'm going thru a lot of listings I'd skip any that weren't easy to know if air conditioning is central.

I guarantee they will skip out on the last month of rent, so you'll use your deposit, and now it's all just costing YOU.
