One had a baby while in the unit and she just bathed the baby in the sink. 

We had him over to replace a ceiling fan in a stairwell  and replace a laundry sink which is just gross.  

This is where your buyers fall in love with the house.....Counters, appliances, backsplash, sinks, floor.........This is where you need to spend the money.

She can nuke some hot water in the microwave and bathe the toddler in the kitchen sink.

I swear by stainless/ granite, quartz counter tops and a nice sink with large faucet integrated sprayer.

Our friends are offering it to us at a great deal, but there is a slight sink in the foundation.

You shall never pour cooking grease or other damaging/obstructing objects down toilets, sinks or drains.

Definitely change the sink, faucet and vanity top.

I used Fusion grout on the kitchen backsplash for stain resistance and still, there is blue imbedded in areas of grout behind the sink.
