Some fix and flippers obsess over how much the wholesaler is making, and don't buy the deal even if it would've been a positive transaction for the fix n flipper.When I wholesale, I take a pretty small amount as I want the end buyer to have the largest amount of the profit (they're taking on the most risk and deserve the most reward).
