Nicer properties, nicer renovations, quick service calls and treat tenants with respect. 

It was not easy to find in the city, Although the area is not good, I respect the others , always has little stuffs ( which I got from the trade shows) in my car.I gave those stuffs to the neighbors , when the moment to pick up color I asked their opinions.
