I learned that we also have to research the level of criminal activity in the area, obtain a Clue Report (if possible)--which basically shows any previous property insurance claims made against the property, and make sure that there are enough reputable property management companies that would feel safe enough to manage the property.

Also they have a great reputation in the market from other investors.If/when I decide to turn over management of my SFR I WILL be using them, but for now, it takes me less than 5 hours a month to manage my SFR and small multi family portfolio.Hope this helps.
