If you are investing in Kansas City you need someone to represent your interest and make sure you are not buying a pile of junk.If you connect with Wholesalers in KC, that's great, but you would either need to trust the wholesaler completely, not something I recommend, even if you are buying from me.  

I am looking for an attorney to represent me in the deal who has experience in real estate as well as setting up corporations.

Buyer broker they just represent a buyer and not a seller. and a regular broker will represent both. 

I represent Buyers - Sellers & Investors in the areas of Miromar Lakes, Estero, Bonita Springs, south Fort Myers & Naples Florida.  

He will represent me and therefore be entitled to 50 percent of all commissions, normally three or four percent of the selling price.

Once i get my license, if i do, can i then just start wholesaling properties as long as i disclose that i have my agents license but will not be representing them and that i will be acting as a principal in the transaction? 

I met with the property management representative because my agent was busy with a closing.

If you disclose you are not representing them as an agent, are acting as a principle in order to resell for a profit....no problem.

I put 20% of my paycheck into that account each month, but I haven't found a good way to represent that on my Mint budget.
