Spoke to a nice guy today who reminded me that in addition to whatever dwelling, builder's risk policy is in place I also need to make sure the contractors' working on the house have workers comp policies..whew....a lot to know here.

I have read that book once or twice but that was when I was a little younger, maybe it's time to start reading it again, thanks for reminding me;).

Also, a reminder that you get no gold star for cleaning up tenant trash or mess left behind in kitchen.
