I'm 16 and want to become a real estate investor

Hey, BP community! My Name is Kenneth Alan Breeze and I'm 16 years old. I currently live in Germany but I want to move back to where my family and I used to live: Scottsdale AZ. My dream is to become independent from the 9-5 jobs that are heading my way and become financially free. I have learned a lot in the past years reading books, listening to podcasts, and so much more, but I never seem to take action, the first step, which kinda gets frustrating. I started hustling through a lot of Real Estate material in the past few months with my dad, who has the same goals as I and now it's time to take the first step. I have found that out all the things I tried, I have found real estate the most interesting. I'm totally motivated into doing this and I know that with my motivation I'm going to succeed. Thanks for reading and hello BP community!

Thanks,

Kenneth A. Breeze

P.S. Do you have tips for me, could you point me into the right direction?👍

@Kenny Breeze

The first thing you need to do is find a partner that is old enough to own real estate (in most places the laws require someone to be at least 18 before they can legally enter into any form of investment). If your dad wants to go in with you, that is awesome, have him provide the financing and legal portions of the partnership and you provide the hustle in finding deals and networking. If you work hard there is no reason that you cannot gain lots of experience and a little capital so you could purchase your own property on your 18th birthday.

Good Luck,

Allen Fletcher
