Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

You don't know how the process works so I don't know why you think you would be getting offers accepted without a pre-approval or proof of funds.You get a pre-approval with a lender you know and every time you make an offer, you just have them adjust and confirm the date and the new property address.

During the process I began thinking, I would like to do this again.

I think that if there is no possibility of leaving then your options are limited.

Thank you Greg, the neighbore upstair has avoid 3 times in past 10 years to my ceiling, I really think is his responsibility that his radiator leaks.should I just take the neighbore to court and not get HOA involved.
