Many people who I hear on the podcast or read articles on are very familiar with the areas they're buying rentals in as they more than likely live in the area.Unfortunately for me, I live abroad at the moment - though originally from Seattle.

Hello – I was just reading the article on Facebook about why beginning your investing process with a duplex works out great, what I'm trying to find out is if I can use those same rules when buying a Single family house.

I would love to get some feed back about how to get involved in this type of investing as a beginner.
