Hi, My name is Margaret. I have owned homes twice with spouse, and now own condo alone in Seattle area. I am interested in learning more about Buy & Hold rental property investing, especially in specific areas of Ventura County, California and Cleveland/Lakewood, Ohio. I have ties to these areas and plan to live or visit often in these 3 areas (including my current area of Seattle). I rented for 1 year last year and was happy to be able to buy this condo here over the summer. I see it as an investment in my future and not $ down the drain like the rent was. This is a really great market currently.
I look forward to reading lots on this website and if anyone would like to share with me any great knowledge they have, I'm all ears. Very new at all this.
