Roommate A gave no notice (to us or the other roommates) and just bounced, Roommate B is moving back to Colorado because he got in a car accident and ended up with a concussion requiring ongoing care, which isn't covered by his insurance in Texas-a crappy situation.Roommate A has done nothing to fill his vacancy, and no one can get in touch with him.

It's preventing you from buying a deal you shouldn't.You can settle for a bad deal, look in another market where houses are cheaper, or be patient.

Or additional lattice that may block out more of the cemetery but local restrictions may prevent such things being built too high.Such an external obsolescence will affect the ARV of the property so it must be budgeted for.
