An experienced sponsor should know that it is not legal to publicly advertise.

So, I'm a Realtor in Oregon and I just realized Auction.com and Zillow are advertising pre-foreclosures/foreclosure  properties with actual pictures of the house that is still owned by the homeowner until sold at auction...Is this actually legal for them to do? 

Should I create some sort of website or advertisement I can send to wealthy people showing how I can make them a solid return?

I want to contact the owner directly, not the broker who paid for the advertising on that page.
