I just bought some from USprobateleads.com today.There are a few other probate lead providers out there too that you should be able to find with a Google search or two.Just consider yourself warned; probate leads can be expensive, so be prepared to make the most out of them by committing to mailing the Personal Representatives/Executors repeatedly, as most of them won't be ready to sell right-away.

But, 6" or 14" it's still $175 to clear the multis, so I guess we got our money's worth this morning.Our "new" snow removal service called when they were finished to report all properties had been cleared (I had asked them to clear the student houses, in preparation for their return this weekend) and that they had hooked a brand-new window well we installed in August at one of the house (which would only be a $100-$150 and an afternoon of digging next spring if it weren't for the fact we paved the drive this autumn).

and I find that showing them that "this is what I do daily" is the most impactful learning I can give them (and prepare them for real life), instead of sitting in some after school program waiting for me to go pick them up when I finish my work.Keep it up!

Make sure that the surface is properly prepared otherwise it won't last.You'll want to get a good painters mask as well, not those little paper ones and make sure the room is ventilated properly, this stuff stinks.
