Looking for securities attorney referrral

We currently have a small Reg D 505 fund and I'm preparing a new PPM to raise up to $3M for another "blind pool" project, probably using the 506 (b) or (c) exemption. I'm looking for a knowledgeable and reliable securities attorney who understands real estate investing & mortgages and can review our PPM and work with us for ongoing legal counsel. Any recommendations are appreciated.
