Good Evening BP-I recently received a call from a homeowner asking if I would be able to purchase her home, in the midst of the conversation she stated that the city had offered her $10k for the property plus $1500 in relocation fees.

We have had several conversations over the years about real estate, so when she was ready to sell the property I was the first one she asked.  

Im on a mon to mon now i have a friend that has been staying here and now im told my rent will increase, the electrical is always blowing a fuse so im w/o power for most of the day throughout the home untill the niece who lives in the main home gets home or feels like resetting the electrical box, i got a window unit cooler after my home registered 95deg inside im being told this plc isent equip for it the main home has 1 running as well.

Once the house I'm selling closes, I'll be in the market for 1100 sqft or more sfh 2/2s for 3/2 conversion.
