New Investor (Palm Beach County)

Hey everyone, my name is Jonathan. I'm a new investor and am interested in rehabbing and rentals. I'm really interested in how South Florida is for rehabbing because I've heard it's a competitive market. I know the rental market has a great outlook here. How's the future outlook for rehabbing and wholesaling in the tri county area? Are there other areas in Florida that have a great outlook for rehabbing? Glad to be here.
