Can anyone recommend a property management software/app that allows the tenant to pay rent and it is immediately deducted from their account?

There is no app for this.

Some are going to be popular and most won't, that's just the internet. 

Once the actual loan app started, we were asked to deposit them, which we did from our heloc.

I'm a full-time web developer and I build websites and mobile apps on the side. 

Imagine if an app existed in which you could select a metro U.S. city and it populated a bunch of metrics relevant to real estate investing markets (e.g. population growth, unemployment, crime, job diversity, median house price, average rent, vacancy rate, etc).

Where are you seeing growth/popularity/profits/success with Air BnB or VRBO?
