If they caused it well the damage deposit could be in play too.

Do you buy assets based off of the financial data on that other asset.

I would love to get a better understanding of what duplexes in this area actually sell for, and not just running my numbers based off of initial listing prices from owners.

-Getting a base-hit deal that is going to keep my relationship intact is the #1 goal.

Never re-glazed tiled walls before but based on the cost of the tub and surround I would imagine it would be about the same so your prices are probably spot on.

But I wouldn’t recommend them based off our phone call.

However, in some counties, they may reassess based on the LLC's sale price.
