I know as an RE investor, I have always been focused on out of state, and I started with both private lending and buying turnkey and still do both of those things, but late last year I started investing in a unique crowdfunding platform, where I bought into a portfolio of 10 rental properties that the managers already own, and I co-own with them.  

It makes it more like a game now.

I am pro broker could not really understand how you can reach full potential without it.just the networking with those in the game is worth it.

Last tenants left house in rough shape.The good: Seller owns the property free and clear and is wanting to get out of rental game.

Excellent credit and skin in the game are required. 

Well Jessica Hood, most crowdfunding platforms are very stringent as to who they allow on their platform as an issuer/sponsor.

Bigger Pockets is the ultimate game changer when it comes to successful real estate investing.

Having said all that, I have since developed a relationship with a commercial lender that I game plan with before I purchase into a situation like this.

Is it wise for someone new to this type of investing to try to get in the game now or wait....?
