Find out the source of the issue and address it there.If you keep needing to fix things because everything is on its last leg, then you might need to do a remodel after this tenant leaves and address not only cosmetics.If your handyman is coming back everytime to fix the same thing, is it your handyman or your tenant?

I would recommend saving your money and investing in an area where you have a list of reputable property management companies that wont charge an arm and a leg to run your property in an area you wouldn’t feel safe walking around in.

Should be able to negotiate the interest rate between multi banks but sometimes with the larger projects it’s a lot of leg work to get multi banks involved.

As a Local Contractor there’s a lot of deals out there but you need to do the leg work for it.

I had my realtor do the leg work to find the owners of the adjacent units.

I would think going outside Orange County would be too far from Disney to be successful.
