In my main price point, $125-165K, it's rare to see a home on the market longer than 21 days, and multiple offers are still happening (I was just in one this weekend, where my client got the house, even though we didn't offer full ask).

I've found multiple lenders in Lincoln, NE who offered 15 or 20 year fixed mortgages and were fine with it being in the name of an LLC.
