The Process in Miami

I have been educating myself now for the last three and half months on wholesaling down here in Miami. I seem to have received mixed information throughout all this time on wholesaling. I have found multiple deals and sellers. I also have found multiple buyers, partnerships and investors. I just don't feel very comfortable yet to put a deal together because of the fact I feel like I have been mislead and given wrong information. I have been told double closing are legal and I have been told they are illegal. I have been told I could assign contracts and they are legal and I have been told they aren't. I just don't know what to believe or where to get solid, experienced, and trustworthy information anymore. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and help. Thank you for your time.

@Iden Nazario assignable contracts are legal. Your standard florida bar contract even has a section where you can choose if you want your contract to be assignable or bound to one individual.

Be careful as an agent however, if your dealing with sellers and wholesaling the property I would recommend you disclose that you are NOT representing them as a agent and have no fiduciary duty to them.
