You can also file with the Department of Real Estate, the BBB, the Chamber and the local Prosecutors Office as a bait and switch tactic.If the lender is an insured bank, you can file a complaint tothe FDIC, and state Banking Department, National Banks would go to the Comptroller of Currency.You can also speak to an attorney.

If you're a big producer who does not need the "branding" from a nationally known company, this could be a viable route.I do not think you can work at ReMax because my understanding is that they do not take new agents, and because they do not do a split with their agents, their monthly fees are high.
