I have been investing full time for more than 10 years. I started with nothing but a $4000 loan from my wifes folks and have built it into a comfortable yearly salary and a small but profitable portfolio (11 units and growing).

Experience in rehabs, vacation and long term rentals, small commercial and mobiles (lonnie deals and land/home), private lending.

One of my main side hobbies in studying and following macro economics trends particularly in relation to housing. This hobby treated me well as my wife and I sold the majority of our rentals in 2005. We have been buying for the last 2 years and hope to double down once I am convinced that we have a solid bottom. In the meantime I am buying with a large discount to todays values (ignoring what they were at the top) and healthy cash flow.

Within the last year I have become a licensed broker in California and I am in the process of opening an office and expanding that side of my business. Specializing in sales and management of cash-flow properties.

I have been very active in other online investment groups over the years (and currently) but on a recent visit to BP I was impressed so here I am. I enjoy sharing and debating. I hope that I can both learn and help others at the same time.
