I have a client who purchased a house like this for his kids when they went to college. 

@Laura Luloh If rentals like yours are rare for the area people will deal with laundry in the garage to get their kids in good schools in my experience.

Long story short I now have a wife and two kids, a full time job only make 66% of what I should be, going to school full time, developing and out of state buy and hold business, as well as an other side business.

The issue is I'm a one-income household with kids that don't leave a lot of time in the day.
